Gosh, it has been some time since AIS days; I found AIS India to be by and large a pretty positive experience. Especially the trips throughout the country that I took as part of the "boys and girls" dorms. My parents were based out of what is now called Mumbai.

You might be interested in knowing that while I attended the Unversity of Wisconsin-Madison for my undergraduate degree, I was surprised to meet former AIS India students, as well as teachers and administrators who were attending the University (or passing through) while I was there. It was amazing.

I have been living in San Francisco for the past 25 years and love it. I would really like to go back to India some time to see what it is like today and all that.
